Dr. Carla J. Cooke is a licensed psychologist, minister, and strategic advisor to pastors and faith-
driven leaders. She is the visionary behind the Faith-Driven Leader™ Training Institute, where
she equips churches and organizations to strengthen leadership from the inside out.
With a professional background in forensic psychology, Dr. Cooke brings a distinctive and
discerning lens to understanding how leaders think, function, and respond under pressure. Her
work focuses on helping leaders and leadership teams address the internal dynamics that often go
unexamined—yet directly shape leadership effectiveness, team engagement, and ministry
sustainability.
Through biblically grounded, psychologically sound, and God-inspired frameworks including

Dr. Cooke helps leaders move beyond surface-level solutions into deeper alignment, emotional

leaders are equipped to do the internal work necessary to succeed in business, ministry, and life.
